We believe in quality customer service. If for any reason you wish to discontinue your service with us, you can cancel your management agreement at any time.
Results Guarantee
With our results guarantee you don’t pay us until we show results! If we are leasing your property for you, we do all the work up front (including paying for marketing) and you don’t pay us a leasing fee until you get a qualified tenant. That means we aggressively market and show your property, screen the tenants, handle all of the paperwork and perform a move-in inspection...all before we get paid anything.
Leasing Guarantee
We guarantee that we will sign a tenant to your home within 28 days or we will reduce our commission in half on select plans. I know you are just getting to know us, but our team of marketing and leasing agents are second to none in their quest of finding and landing quality tenants.
Lease Stay Guarantee
We guarantee your tenant will stay between 3 and 12 months on select plans. If the tenant leaves then we will find a new tenant for the home for free.
Pet Guarantee
For any pet that we approve, we guarantee our owners up to $3,000 in damage protection for any pet damage above and beyond what the security deposit covers on select plans.
